Bio

While officially Office and Culture Lead, Jaclyn’s informal title is the “glue that holds our team together.” She supports our CEO and president in developing operational processes and best practices, analyzes our financials, manages our budget, and is the go-to for invoicing. In addition to high-level operations support and managing our award, certification, and proposal submissions, Jaclyn oversees all essential administrative tasks, enjoys organizing team activities, facilitates team professional development opportunities, and onboards new consultants and staff.

Jaclyn built her diverse experience in her role as the general manager at Yinstill Reproductive Wellness, a Vancouver holistic fertility clinic, starting as a receptionist and quickly rising to take on clinic management. She also has significant work experience in the creative sector, supporting C-suite management at local Vancouver art organizations. She continues to be passionate about engaging the public in socio-political discourse and encouraging interaction with contemporary art. In her downtime she leads art tours through Curated Tastes, and acts as an independent Art Strategist.

Guided by compassion, courage, resilience, and authenticity, and with an aptitude and passion for growth, Jaclyn came to Be the Change Group to work towards effecting real, positive change.

Jaclyn holds a BA in Psychology and Art History from the University of British Columbia, and a Management Essentials Certificate from Sauder School of Business.
