We’re pleased to announce that our own Dr. Natalie Chan recently joined Business in Vancouver’s 2021 Forty Under 40 winners!

Highlighting the achievements of B.C.’s young entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals, the Forty under 40 distinction is awarded to 40 outstanding professionals who are under 40 years of age and have demonstrated excellence in business, judgment, leadership, and community contribution.   

Now, although Natalie has been kicking ass and taking names for a long time, she’s too modest, and too busy, to go around talking herself up.

But we’re not.

As a family physician at Three Bridges Community Health Clinic, Natalie provides full-service primary care, opioid agonist therapy, and transgender care for Vancouver’s most vulnerable populations. 

As event medical director at Odyssey Medical, she supports the delivery of onsite event medical services for a wide range of events across the country, and locums in rural communities and in long-term care facilities.

As research director at Be the Change Group, Natalie applies her expertise in technical science, clinical science, and community health promotion and prevention to assess and integrate clinical strategies and workflows, and effectively manage our multidisciplinary teams. 

And as co-founder and president of our company, Natalie draws on extensive experience—including frontline community service in HIV/AIDS; laboratory research and quality assurance/quality control assessment and implementation in biotechnology; and her work with marginalized and vulnerable communities—to provide cohesive, focused direction to our team and leadership in growing our company. 

As they say in the business, “that’s how it’s done.”

So here’s to you, Natalie! Everyone on our team is so proud of you.
