For 10 years, we’ve been creating change by partnering with like-minded clients. We’ve been supporting them in addressing issues facing the communities they serve by meeting those communities where they are and providing evidence-based, community-centred solutions. We’ve also built lasting relationships with people who really care—and kick ass doing it.
Since our beginning, we’ve doubled our team, worked on hundreds of projects, and extended our positive social impact from local to international communities. We are thriving and filled with passion for the positive change we’ve created for over a decade.
And like other strong, hard working women, we believe in “joy, light, and fun” (😉 Sanna Marin). So of course we celebrated our tenth, and we did it in a big way.

Leading up to our birthday, we launched a social media campaign that explored Be the Change Group’s history, highlighted our team members, and featured some of our awesome clients. Clinking our glasses to 10 years of change
Of course, no celebration is complete without a party. Luckily, our team at Be the Change Group knows how to have a good—scratch that—fantastic time. We bumped up our decor with an art wall showcasing our projects over the years, balloons (there is no person alive who does not like a balloon), and very fancy tablecloths. And that’s not the half of it. We love our office, but we especially love it when we’re letting our hair down. Big time.
The party gave us an opportunity to catch up with clients from all stages of our development. As always, it was a pleasure, and a reminder to keep pushing for what we believe in, just as they do.
We catered local eats, giving our guests a wide variety of options. And there was cake, glorious cake. We shared our party throughout the night on our Instagram. You can find them under our “10th anniversary” highlight.
