While officially administrative coordinator, Jaclyn’s informal title is the “glue that holds our team together”. A Jill of all administrative trades, she handles scheduling and task management for each of our teams, bookkeeping and client invoices, team activities, and the onboarding of new consultants and staff. Organizing and prioritizing tasks for our team, Jaclyn keeps everyone accountable.
Jaclyn built her diverse experience in her role as the general manager at Yinstill Reproductive Wellness, a Vancouver holistic fertility clinic, starting as a receptionist and quickly rising to take on clinic management. She also has significant work experience in the creative sector, having worked with art organizations that include Rennie Collection and the non-profit Volumes Project. Much of her work in these organizations included supporting c-suite management, while engaging the public in socio-political discourse and interaction with contemporary art.
Guided by compassion, courage, resilience, and authenticity, and with an aptitude and passion for growth, Jaclyn came to Be the Change Group in order to shift her focus from individualized health and wellness to population health.
Jaclyn holds a BA in Psychology and Art History from the University of British Columbia, and a Management Essentials Certificate from Sauder School of Business.
