Natalie is responsible for overseeing our entire team of consultants while ensuring ongoing growth and development of the company.

Natalie’s expertise in technical science, clinical science, and community health promotion and prevention allow her to assess and integrate clinical development strategies and effectively manage our multidisciplinary team.

Throughout her career, Natalie has focused her attention on building healthy communities through health promotion and prevention initiatives. Most recently, she developed a youth wellness program in partnership with YMCA Calgary to reduce childhood obesity through healthy eating and exercise habits. She has worked in the field of HIV/AIDS and Sexual Health Education for over ten years, specializing in needs based education initiatives both locally & internationally. Natalie has also worked in the biotechnology industry for companies like Perceptronix Medical Inc and bioLytical Laboratories Inc. She has experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control protocols and in developing pipeline of prototype antibody & antigen detection assays.Within medicine, her approach to patient care is to “meet people where they are at” and remain non-judgemental and considerate of patient specific barriers. She has experience working with vulnerable populations, including immigrant, addiction, youth, mental health, HIV positive and First Nations.

Natalie has a B.Sc (HONS) in Life Sciences from Queen’s University, an MD from University of Calgary, and a MHSc at UBC.
